LPGA AMATEUR GOLF ASSOCIATION ROOM BLOCK AT REUNION RESORT

 

LODGING RATES:  Following are the nightly lodging rates for a variety of rooms:

 

 

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Each individual guest must make his or her own reservations by calling the Resort’s reservations office at (877) 778-2243 by October 1, 2019. Guests must identify themselves as members of the group.   FYI:  If you book through a 3rd party vendor, the room block rates will not be available and your rooms will not count towards our room block minimum.
 

A deposit of one (1) night’s accommodations is due at time of reservation. Remaining balance will be due upon arrival. A major credit card must be used to secure the charge for the accommodations.
 

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival.
 

Cancellations made inside of 7 days will incur loss of total deposit.
 

Reservations for use of homes for less than six (6) days will not receive daily housekeeping services and will be subject to applicable departure cleaning fees that have been factored into the home pricing
 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 a.m. on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
