Host Facility: The Club at Rolling Hills
Dates: Monday, June 17 - Friday, June 21, 2019
Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members
Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT Tuesday, May 28th
Entry Fee: $225 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $90 per player with an additional $135 for successful qualifiers.
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers.
Format: 18 holes of stroke play qualifying on Monday. The top 63 players will be seeded according to stroke play results with the defending champion as the #1 seed.
Monday (6/17): 84 competitors in stroke play qualifying. 8:00 a.m. off holes #1 and #10 in groups of three.
Tuesday (6/18): Round of 64 beginning at 7:00 a.m. in groups of two.
Wednesday (6/19): Round of 32 beginning at 7:00 a.m. and Round of 16 beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Thursday (6/20): Quarterfinals beginning at 7:00 a.m. and Semi-finals beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Friday (6/21): 36-hole championship match beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Walking Only: This championship is a walking only event. Players may carry their own bag, use a push cart or have a caddie. Caddies may use push carts.
Driving Range Information: The driving range will be made available at 6:30 a.m. on Monday morning and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday - Friday at no additional charge to the player.
Player Food: For Monday only, a lunch will be provided for all players at no extra cost. For the duration of the championship, food and beverage will be at the responsibility of the players. Breakfast will be available for purchase each day at 7:00 a.m. at the turn house. Credit or Debit card only for all food purchases please.
Distance Measuring Devices: Players may use distance measuring devices provided they measure distance only.
Practice Round Information: Available on a space available basis Tuesday - Friday for $75.00 (includes cart). Practice rounds may only be reserved after 12:00 p.m. on Saturday's or Sunday's.
