Tournament Information

 

 

Member Open:  August 26 at 8:00 pm

General Open: September 2 at 8:00 pm

Entry Deadline: October 16 at 11:59 pm

Entry Fee: $10

Format: Individual 9-hole stroke play

Eligibility: TYGA members who are age 6-12 as of October 20, 2019.

Number of Players: 63

Starting Time: 1:00 pm

Electronic Measuring Devices:  Players may use an approved measuring device during this event.

Caddies: Players must walk and must have a caddie.  Caddies must be 16 years of age or older (no exceptions) and must walk at all times. Players may only be shuttled between holes (green to tee).

Prizes: Trophies are awarded to each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up.

Withdrawals: If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament.  If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year.

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds will be available Sunday October 13 thru Saturday October 19 for $6.00 per player.

Pull Carts:  Pull carts will be allowed at Longleaf G&FC.

Spectator Carts:  Spectator Carts will be available for $15.00 per cart on a first come first serve basis.

Parent Policy:  Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren).  Unless you are a caddie, we do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball.

Refund Policy: A $10 administrative fee will be charged to all withdrawals.
