Championship Date: Tuesday, September 24

 

Registration Window: July 8 - September 12

 

Entry Fee: $380 per team. 

NOTE: A women’s club or golf facility (course) may assist their team with the following expenses: entry fee, transportation, lodging, meals, practice round green fees and cart fees. This is permissible under the rules of Amateur status.

 

Field Size: 32 teams (128 entrants) 

Note: Only one team per CGA Women’s 18 hole member club is eligible to enter. 

Note: Tournament is filled on a first come, first served basis using the registration date and time. If a tournament is oversubscribed, a wait list will be maintained in case of cancellation.

Note: Complete teams must be updated by September 19th at 5:00pm.

Format: ABCD Team Stroke Play – The gross score for all four team members are combined for the team score. The team who plays the round in the fewest number of combined strokes is the winner. Each team is paired together, with the A player designated as each team’s captain and serving as the official score keeper for the team.  All four members of the team must be members of the same CGA women’s 18 hole member club. Handicap indexes will be verified based on the September 15 revision. 

 

Handicap Details: Each team must consist of one player from each of the following four handicap index ranges: A) up to 12.0 B) 10.0-20.0 C) 18.0-28.0 and D)26.0-36.0. Team members are allowed to play down a handicap range eg. (B player playing as an A player) but are not allowed to play up a handicap range eg. (A player playing as a B player). 

 

Cart/Caddies: Carts are required, included in the entry. Caddies are not allowed.

 

Prizes: Merchandise gift certificates are awarded for the top gross finishes. Ties for the low gross team, are played off in a hole-by-hole playoff. The winning team will also receive a trophy. For all other ties, prize money is combined and divided equally among tied teams.

 

Practice Round Information: Tee times are subject to availability, in advance online HERE or by calling the pro shop at 303-900-4657. Pricing: Posted Rate.  

 

Starting Time: Shotgun start at 9:00am. 

 

Yardage: Available under the Player Information tab. 

 

Food & Beverage: Lunch will provided following play, included in entry. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores for players. 

 

Defending Champions: The Club at Rolling Hills - Andrea Grilli, Terry Reed, Bev Conklin, Debra Rooney.
