  • Tee gift
  • Access to practice facility before each round
  • Practice Round at Penfield CC, with pairings of your choosing.
  • Minimum two competitive rounds of golf at Penfield CC.
  • Buffet lunch everyday (Including Practice Round).
  • Pro Shop credit for Penfield CC will be awarded to all players who make the cut (Top 40 & Ties)

Event Format

• All play will be off the Blue Tees (6,400 yards)
• Qualifying will consist of one 18 hole stroke play round.  
• A predetermined number of qualifiers will qualify, including all ties.
• Number of Qualifying spots will be posted at registration and scoreboard.
• Players may pick either of the available dates to Qualify. If the round is filled you can go on a waiting list or choose another day.
• Juniors age 16 & under must walk and will be paired together.
• Caddies are permitted

Schedule of Events

Tee times will begin at 12:30 pm off Hole #1 in 10 minute intervals.

Pairings

• Tee times will be provided approximately a week before the event
• Players will be paired randomly

Range

***There is NO PRACTICE RANGE at FarView so please plan accordingly.

Food Services

Lunch will be available to all players, caddies must be paid for separately.

Score Posting

This is a tournament score and players are responsible for posting their own score.

Refund Policy

Refunds of tournament entry fees will be made in accordance with the following rules:

1. If the player withdraws BEFORE the registration deadline, he/she will be granted a refund of the full entry, minus the $10.00 credit card processing fee. (The refund will be credited back to the players card).

2. If the player withdraws from a tournament AFTER the registration closes, no refund will be granted.

RDGA Code of Conduct

The RDGA and its member clubs believe that participation in RDGA amateur events is a privilege that includes responsibilities.

Contestants must be amateurs and members in good standing at an RDGA club. They must adhere to all RDGA tournament requirements including Handicap Index, age, gender (for selected events), appropriate golf attire, mandatory use of riding carts at selected events, and local host club rules that apply to players during a competition.

USGA Rules will govern all play in RDGA events including Local Rules noted on the Notice to Players at each competition. All players should familiarize themselves with Section I.  Etiquette: Behavior on the Course in the current Rules of Golf book.
