League Format

• There will be 4 "Scoring Formats" throughout the season to accumulate points. Each format will be rotated -  play each format twice
  • Betterball
    • All players play their own ball throughout the round. The lowest score on a hole from your team will be your score. (Jeff gets a 5, Mark gets a 4, 4 is the team score for that hole)
  • Aggregate
    • All players play their own ball throughout the round. Both scores between you & your partner will be added together. (Jeff gets a 5, Mark gets a 4, 9 is the aggregate team score for that hole)
  • Stableford
    • Players/teams will accumulate “points” based on their hole score in relation to par. Both players’ points will be added to get a team Stableford Score. The goal is to get the most points against the field (Jeff & Mark both birdie – team Stableford score for that hole is 6 points)
      • Eagle: 4 points
      • Birdie: 3 points
      • Par: 2 points
      • Bogey: 1 point
      • Double Bogey & Worse: 0 point
         
  • Team Match Play
    • All players play their own ball throughout the round. The lowest score on a hole from your team will be matched against the other team.
      • 1 point per hole won
      • .5 points per hole tied
      • 0 points per hole lost
      • 1 bonus point for winning match
         
• Each player earns 5 points for playing 18 holes each week
• All players will be required to post accurate scores. If a putt is given to you, you must count that as 1 stroke given to you- not more or less
• All birdie and par putts must be holed out
• Maximum score on a hole is Net Double Bogey- (ie. you get a stroke on a par 5, the highest you can get is an 8) pick up your ball
• Total team points will determine playoff bracket
• Playoffs will be Team Match Play
