The Milwaukee Challenge is a one day Ryder Cup style event against golfers from the Milwaukee County Public Links Association (MCPLA). We are pitted in a handicapped match against opponents of similar skill level. Each golfer plays for the opportunity to win up to a total of 3 points for his team. There is 1 point up for grabs for the front 9, 1 for the back 9, and 1 for the total 18. If any part of the match is tied, a half point is awarded to each player. Whichever team has the most points at the end takes the trophy home for the year.
The Milwaukee Challenge is a limited field event of 32 players per team. Once registration is open, it is wise to get your application in early as the team fills up quickly.
