2025 U.S. JUNIOR AMATEUR EXEMPTION
The winner of the 2025 Pennsylvania Girl's Junior Amateur Championship will earn an exemption to compete in the 2025 U.S. Girl's Junior Championship, played July 14-19, 2025, at Atlanta Athletic Club, Johns Creek, Ga
Registration Opens: March 29 at 9:00am
Registration Closes: June 9 at 5:00pm
Registration Fee: $140 per player (includes range fee, lunches and prizes)
Format: 54 holes individual stroke play, two-day event. Full field plays 18-holes on day 1, cut to low 60 and ties (must be within 25 shots of the leader) and play 36-holes on day 2.
Eligibility: Open to any amateur female player who is a member of a Member Club or an Individual Member of Pennsylvania Golf Association. All players must not have reached their 19th birthday by June 24.
Yardage: Approximately 5,700 yards.
Field: Limited to 120 players. The top-15 players from the 2024 earn exemptions into the championship if eligible. Entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A wait list will be established to accommodate any overflow in entries.
Cart/Caddie: Automotive transportation is prohibited. A player may NOT utilize a caddie who is over the age of 18. Parents, Stepparents, Grandparents and guardians are not permitted to caddie.
Spectator Carts: Spectator carts are not permitted.
Food & Beverage: A lunch buffet will be provided each day of competition from approximately 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is included in the entry fee. Additional F&B purchases will be available.

Pairings: Play will be in threesomes at 10-minute intervals. First-round results will determine second round pairings.
Start Times: The PAGA staff, following as closely as practical the preferences indicated on the entry form, will determine pairings and tee times.
Ties: In the event of a tie for the Junior Girls’ Championship there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. For flag award presentation only, ties will be broken by matching scorecards in accordance with USGA scorecard tiebreaker guidelines.
In the Junior Girls’ Team Championship, the third score will be added to the total team score. Teams with only two players will suffer defeat against a team with three players for failure to have a tiebreaker score.
Prizes: The individual with the lowest gross score after 54 holes will be declared the Junior Girls’ Champion. The Girl's Champion will receive and exemption into the 2025 USGA Junior Girl's Championship. Prizes will also be given to the top finishers in the Junior Championship.
The Girls’ team competition is the best 2 of 3 scores on day 1. The teams with the lowest total score after 18-holes will be declared the Junior Team Champions. The winning teams will be awarded individual prizes.
