GCMA Education Event Cancellation Policy
Training Payment & Cancellation Policy
For all GCMA Training courses, full payment of course fees is required no less than 60 days prior to the date of the first day of the relevant course. In the case of booking a place on a course that is less than 60 days from commencement, payment is required at the point of booking.
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, please submit your request in writing. The request will only be considered effective once you receive a response from the GCMA.
Cancellation charges are detailed below:

30+ Days of the course start date Full Refund minus £25.00 + VAT cancellation fee
29 – 15 Days of the course start date 50% Refund + £25.00 + VAT cancellation fee
14 – 0 Days of the course start date No Refund will be given
Failure to attend Treated as a cancellation and no refund given
Any extenuating circumstances will be considered at the GCMA’s discretion.
If for any reason the individual named on the booking form cannot attend, we may be able to accept a substitution to another delegate, subject to our booking terms and availability. Any substitutions will need to be requested in writing prior to the course starting. The request will only be considered effective once you receive a response from the GCMA. An administration charge of £25.00 + VAT will be applicable.
GCMA reserves the right to cancel the course if the minimum number of delegates is not met. All delegates will be informed as soon as possible. Any irrecoverable costs will be reimbursed, subject to proof.
If cancellation of the course is due to an exceptional, unavoidable event outside the associations control a full refund will be given.
