Players may use this form to register for all events related to the Wyoming Open.

All entry fees are per player fees.

Entry fee for amateurs:

$325.00 Tounament and pro am. (Includes golf cart for pro am, carts are extra for tournament proper)

$250.00 Tournament only. ( Golf carts are extra)

$100.00 Pro Am Only

Professional entry fee $325.00. (carts are extra for tournament proper.)

The first 72 professionals that indicate that they wish to play in the pro am will be entered in the pro am event.

A service fee will be added to all entries.

Professionals will be required to provide tax identification numbers before any prize checks are issued.
