Cancellations:
- Participants may cancel their enrollment in the golf learning program at any time. However, the timing of the cancellation request will affect the eligibility for a refund as outlined below.
- To initiate a cancellation, participants must submit their request in writing via email to ella@golfthegreen.com.
Refunds:
- Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is received more than 7 days before the scheduled start date of the program.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received within 7 days of the program’s start date. This policy is in place to ensure adequate preparation and resource allocation based on confirmed participant numbers.
Exceptions:
- In cases of serious illness or unforeseen emergency situations, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation (e.g., a medical certificate) must be provided to support such requests.
- If the program is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation timeline.
Rescheduling:
- Participants who wish to reschedule their session instead of canceling can do so without any additional charges, provided the request is made more than 7 days before the original program start date, subject to availability of future sessions.
