REGISTRATION
Participants should plan to arrive at 1:00pm EDT on Wednesday, April 23 at The Royal Ottawa Golf Club.

HOST HOTEL
The Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Ottawa Downtown is the host hotel for the event.  Rooms are available at $199 plus applicable taxes and fees.

Please note the cut-off date to reserve a room with the guaranteed rate is Sunday, March 23. 

 

TRANSPORTATION
No transportation will be provided form the host hotel to the golf course. Transportation is on the individuals to arrange, however, there may be carpooling opportunities that could be explored.

 

WHAT TO BRING

• Notepad, pens, pencils
• Official Guide to the Rules of Golf Book
• Course-marking shoes/pants (anything you don’t mind potentially getting paint on)
• Extra socks (if the ground is wet for the on-course practical)
• Putter and golf balls (if local)
• Rain gear and warm clothing (plan to dress for the weather)
• Umbrella
