2025 18ers Membership Application Form

New Members ONLY

Welcome to the registration page for the Women's 18-Hole Golf Club! Our season begins in March and continues through mid-November.  A welcome orientation will be arranged by our Membership Chair.  You will be assigned a mentor to assist you with questions and get you started with the club activities. 

If you do not have a GHIN, you must submit attested scorecards reflecting 54 holes played on any course made up of any combination of 9- or 18-hole rounds.  These scorecards can be provided to the Membership Chair or handed in at the Pro Shop. Once your scorecards are received, your GHIN# will be activated by the Handicap Chair.

The dues for 2025 are $110 and cover the following: 

$46 for NCGA dues:  provides handicap and GHIN support.

$64 for 18ers dues:  provides support to 18ers club activities including Thursday prizes, social events, and administration.

In addition to the dues, there are four optional payments for Birdies, EC, Chip-Ins, and Hole-in-One insurance.  Each is $5. These will optional costs will appear after you complete your primary information.

Your credit card will be charged once you complete your registration. 

Notice to Sponsored Guests:  your Sponsored Guest fees must be paid through the Pro Shop before you apply for membership with the 18ers.  In accordance with our bylaws, the total number of Sponsored Guests cannot exceed 10% of the Club's total membership.  There is a separate registration for Sponsored Guests.  Click here:  Membership Form for Sponsored Guests.
