$125 Entry per player | $500 per team
Sponsor a PGA Hope Veteran to play in the event for additional $50 – Optional donation

Format: Four-person Scramble.
Tees: Men – white Women – Green
Tournament Notes:
- Flighted by scramble scores based on number teams.
- Mulligans ($5) will be sold (three per player max).
- 50/50 Raffle Tickets will be sold. ($5 each)
- Pro Asst.- Closest to the hole. ($5 each)
- Pro drive ($20 team)
- On course food station.
- On course beverage cart will include beer.
- All American Lunch (Hotdogs & Hamburgers) will include beer.

- 6:30 Range open
- 8:30 am Shotgun start on all holes
- 12:30 /1:00 pm Scoring + Lunch + Awards
