Craws Winter League

 

It’s important to keep your golf and your competitiveness going through the off-season and playing in The Craws Winter League is a great way to do this.

 

Here is a brief overview of The Craws Winter League

 

When it takes place

Every Saturday on Burnside Course from 2nd November to 22nd March (not Saturday 28th December or Saturday 4th January)

19 weeks of competition

Tee off each week approximately 1.15pm-2pm

 

Format
Singles Match Play over 9 holes with applicable winter league handicap. Return to local golf clubs afterwards for post-match score input and refreshments.

 

What is required from you
Commitment! If you register to be involved, you must make turning up and playing a priority each week. There are only 20 places available in the league and you may take up a spot of another young player if you sign up and don’t turn up. Please only commit to the league if you feel you can participate consistently each week while balancing your other commitments.

 

How to register
Please click the registration tab to register for the 2024/25 Craws 9-Hole Winter League. 20 places are available and priority places will be given to those who participated in the league last year.  If the league is oversubscribed and you don’t gain a place, you will automatically become a reserve for the league and can still participate each week in our reserve players matches. Please register by Friday 18th October.
