Format:
- 54 holes, stroke play
- Individual champion and team champion will be named
- Team score: best 5 of 7 players in each round
- This event will be ranked by WAGR as well as be awarded AJGA PBE status (Runner up through 5th place - 1 star, Champion - 4 stars)
Schedule of events:
Sunday, August 12
- 11:00 Lunch for players
- 12:00 - Q & A with selected individuals from each state and Longmeadow CC junior golfers/members
- 1:00 Shotgun practice round start
- 5:30 (approx.) teams check in at hotel (Holiday Inn Springfield South - Enfield)
- 6:45 Team dinner at Longmeadow CC for players, captains, and officials/staff (attire - coat and tie)
Monday, August 13
- 7:00 practice facilities open (breakfast for players at the host hotel)
- 8:30 Round 1 - Shotgun start
- Lunch for players, captains, officials/staff in between round 1 & 2
- 1:30 Round 2 - Shotgun start
- Dinner for players, captiains, officials/staff immediately following play at Longmeadow CC
Tuesday, August 14
- 7:00 practice facilities open (breakfast for players at the host hotel)
- 8:30 Round 3 - Shotgun start
- Lunch for players, captains, officials/staff & awards ceremony immediately after play concludes
