Ties, Playoffs & Retrogression (2024)

TIE BREAKING PROCEDURE:

 

Committee will determine which hole to be used for the sudden victory playoff (medals). 

 

Teams:

 

Two Team Play-off:  Team will draw a number to determine who is first to play. Both players will play and then the other team will proceed to start the hole. The team with the higher Stableford Point total following the play of the hole will be the winner. 

 

Three Team Play-off:  Similar to above, if there is a need for a playoff, the Committee will determine which hole or hole sequence will be used. The team with the higher Stableford point total after one hole, will be the winner. If two teams tie with the same point total, one team will be dropped and the playoff will be continued. 

 

If there are four team playoffs it will be similar to the format listed above.
