2024 Senior Club Championship

 

 

FORMAT:     

Individual Low Gross | 36 Hole Stroke Play

USGA RULES WILL GOVERN ALL PLAY. EACH PLAYER WILL COMPLETE EACH HOLE. WE WILL HAVE A GROSS & A NET CHAMPION. A SUDDEN DEATH PLAYOFF (BEGINNING ON HOLE #1) WILL DETERMINE ANY TIES FOR FIRST PLACE IN THE SENIOR DIVISIONS. ALL OTHER TIES WILL SPLIT PRIZE MONEY. PLAYERS MUST PLAY FROM WHITE TEES TO BE CROWNED OFFICIAL 2023 SENIOR CLUB CHAMPION.

 

TEES:

Seniors – White tees (Gross & Net)

Super seniors - Gold (Gross & Net) & Green tees (Net Prizes)

(Net - One division for all players, Gross – Divisions based on tees)

 

LOCAL RULES:

Hole #3– Both the left/right sides of hole are to be treated as a lateral hazard. If ball is believed to be in the hazard, please proceed under normal hazard (red stake) ruling.

Flower beds are played as Ground under Repair

Distance Measuring devices that do NOT measure slope are permitted

Local Rule for stroke & distance E-5 is not in effect for Championships

Areas affected by irrigation upgrades (sodded turf) are played as GUR

 

RAIN:  

Event will be completed over the scheduled weekend. We’ll make every effort to complete 36-holes, regardless of cart usage. Event may be shortened to 18 holes in the event of serve weather. Standings after 18 holes will be official.

 

PRIZES:

Prizes will be awarded following the completion of play in the form of golf shop credit. The payout and allocation will be determined by the number of entries in the Senior & Super Senior (70+ Gold Tee)
