Monday, November 4
- Practice Rounds - 9:08am - 12:10pm on course #5 - Paid for by CGA (captains will be emailed their assigned tee time block)
- 8 players per team + 2 additional representatives (captains/advice giver/head pro)
- Course #5 is located across the railroad tracks from the Cradle (Par 3 course)

- Located in the Outlook Ballroom and Veranda
- Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Complimentary food and beverage provided (excluding liquor)
- Team gifts, local rules, starting times/pairings and schedule of events will be distributed/discussed
- ALL teams/players are expected to attend
- Captains must have their Semi-Finals match pairings emailed to Hogan May no later than 5:30pm
Tuesday, November 5 (Semi-Finals Matches)
- Tee Times from 8:12am - 12:02pm off Tee #1 on Course #5
- Awards for Semi-Finals participants will be distributed immediately following play
- Captains must have their Championship match pairings emailed to Hogan May no later than 7:00pm
Wednesday, November 6 (Championship Matches)
- Tee Times from 7:24am - 9:32am off Tee #1 on Course #5
- Awards will be distributed immediately following play
Food & Beverage
Dinner will be provided for all team members on Monday, November 4. All other food and beverage will be at the player's expense. Food and beverage are available at the 91st hole (located near the Thistle Dhu putting green) and at the halfway house (located at #11 tee)
