ENTRY FEE & BOOKING TRAVEL
All countries will be responsible for paying for their players’ and any coach/delegate airfare, in addition to the championship entry fee of $3,500 CAD. This fee covers the cost of three (3) players and one (1) coach/delegate.
Teams are responsible for booking their own airfare. We advise teams to arrive on either Saturday or Sunday (September 28-29) and depart on Sunday, October 6.
Golf Canada will provide hotel accommodations, rental vans, and complimentary breakfast/lunch throughout championship week in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Please note that Golf Canada will only cover accommodations and breakfast/lunch for three (3) players and one (1) coach/delegate. Any additional delegates will be responsible for their hotel and food & beverage expenses.
ENTRY CRITERIA
National Federations have been invited to participate in the 2024 edition of the championship based on their finish at the 2023 World Amateur Team Championship, the 2023 World Junior Girls Championship, and the average ranking of their top three (3) junior-aged players on the Women’s World Amateur Golf Rankings (WWAGR). As the host country, Canada will field a second team in the competition
TEAM REGISTRATION
Team registration will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30th at Credit Valley Golf & Country Club.
Note: Teams must register before their first practice round. In the case of unforeseen travel delays that causes a team to miss their assigned practice round time, or if they are unable to register in time, please contact the Tournament Director, Adam Cinel, at acinel@golfcanada.ca.
TEAM PHOTOS
Will be from 1:00pm - 4:00pm in the clubhouse after each team's first practice round on Monday, September 30. Teams may use the locker rooms at Credit Valley to change into their formal team attire.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUNDS
Players are entitled to two practice rounds at Credit Valley Golf & Country Club on Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1.
On Monday, tee times will be from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. off Holes 1 and 10. On Tuesday, a shotgun start will commence at 12:00 p.m. for the Junior-Amateur Golf Fundraiser. Tee times will be assigned by the Host Organizing Committee and communicated to teams in advance.

STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round (October 2-3) will be available online on Saturday, September 28. Starting times for the third and final rounds will be available online approximately one hour following the conclusion of play.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the competition 3-4 days before the Official Practice Round. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.

The hotel is typically a 15-30 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Credit Valley Golf & Country Club and a 30-45 minute drive to downtown Toronto and its many attractions. The rooms feature complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea service, among other convenience and comfort amenities. The hotel offers an on-site restaurant, fitness centre, indoor pool, meeting rooms, and business centre.
TRANSPORTATION & RENTAL VEHICLES
Transportation will be provided in the form of a team vehicle for all Federations during the championship week. Rental vehicles from Avis Car Rental will be available upon your arrival at Toronto Pearson International Airport and will need to be returned prior to your departure. A coach or manager will be required to have a valid driver's license. If teams require a driver for the week, please contact Assistant Tournament Director, Sam Brown, at sbrown@golfcanada.ca. The driver will be at the Federation's expense.
CADDIES & PUSH CARTS
Caddies are not permitted during the championship. Players may carry their own bags or use a push cart (trolley), which are available to borrow, courtesy of Credit Valley Golf & Country Club.
YARDAGE GUIDES
Will be provided to players at registration on Monday, September 30.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice range will be open daily from 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Range balls are complimentary, courtesy of Credit Valley Golf & Country Club.
LOCKERS & CLUB STORAGE
Lockers are club storage will be available to players.
CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
The clubhouse will open daily at 6:30 a.m. Players and coaches will be provided a complimentary breakfast and lunch at Credit Valley Golf & Country Club for each championship round (October 2 - 5).
