Welcome to the 2024 Pine Beach Junior Open
Register now for The Pine Beach Junior Open hosted at Madden's on Gull Lake.

Dates: 2-day event. Monday & Tuesday July 8-9, 2024
Eligible Players: This event is open to Junior Golfers age 18 and under.
Format: 18-hole stroke play qualifier followed by flighted match play.
Day 1 (Monday) - 18-hole individual stroke play qualifying round at Pine Beach West. If playing in the JR PGA Junior Tour 8am shotgun your 18-hole score will count as your qualifying score. The afternoon qualifier will be tee times starting at 3pm.
Upon the completion of play on Day 1 qualifying scores will be used to "flight" play for Day 2. Tee time and pairing assignments will be emailed by 9pm. See flight breakdown below.
Day 2 (Tuesday) - Match Play format playing 9-hole matches on both Pine Beach East and West. Tee Times will begin at 8:00am. Championship flight may play up to 36 holes. Other flights may play up to 27 holes. All participants are guaranteed 18-holes on Day 2. Any matches that are tied after 9-holes will be determined by a sudden death playoff.
Tees: Boys will play from the white tees and girls will play from the red tees.
Flight Breakdown: Championship Flight will be low 16 qualifying scores. All other flights will have up to 8 players. Tiebreakers to determine flights will be a scorecard playoff on the hardest handicapped hole.
Entry Fee: $30+tax/player which includes both rounds and awards.
Field Size: Up to 100 players
USGA Rules Govern all play:
- Penalty Areas: identified by red stakes, yellow stakes, or unmaintained woods/brush.
- Yard Rule: free relief if ball is found in a yard.
- Embedded ball through the green.
- Out of Bounds: defined by white stakes, boundary fence, or roads.
Parents are encouraged to come out and support their juniors, and all juniors!
