Welcome to the Ladies Club Championship 2025
Event Description:
This is a two-day, stroke-play event. Challenge the course, other members and yourself to be the best of the season!
Entry: You must register for this event at least 4 days in advance. If you cancel less than 2 days in advance of the event, you will be charged the entry fee.
Entry Fee: $70 per person (awards dinner and prize fund. Nonplaying guests may attend the Sunday dinner for an additional meal charge.)
Format: 36-Hole stroke play. All putts must be holed.
Tees:
- Entrants competing for the Ladies Club Champion must play from the White tees.
- All other entrants may play from either the White or the Copper tees (handicaps will be adjusted accordingly).
Special Tournament Rules of Play:
- The local alternative to stroke and distance rules will NOT be in effect for this tournament.
Awards:
- Ladies Club Champion
- The overall low Gross Score over the combined 2-day scores, regardless of flight, will be the Ladies Club Champion.
- Ladies Senior Club Champion
- The player over the age of 60 having the lowest Gross Score over the combined 2-day scores, will become the Ladies Senior Club Champion.
- Ladies President’s Cup Champion
- The overall low Net Score over the combined 2-day scores, regardless of flight, will be crowned the Ladies President’s Cup Champion.
- Based on number of participants, there will be flight winners.
In addition to the titles above, Pro Shop gift certificates will be awarded based on the number of entries. Players are eligible to win one trophy, for example, if the winner of the Club Champion is also the Net Winner (President’s Cup), the trophy will go to the next lowest net score player.
Handicaps: Handicaps will be pulled from Wednesday, February 1st, 2023. Pairings will be sent out on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023.
Flights: The number of entrants will determine the number of flights.
Ties: If there is a tie in gross score to determine the Club Champion at the end of 36 holes; a 3-hole aggregate stroke play playoff will commence starting on the first hole. If at the end of 3 holes, if a champion has not been determined, it will become sudden death stroke play beginning on the 4th hole until a Club Champion is named.
All other ties will be determined by a score card playoff in accordance with the USGA Committee Procedures (9-5a (iii)).
Scorecards/Golf Genius: Each Player will receive their own score card and is responsible to swap that card with another player in their group. After the round, both players must agree on the correct hole-by-hole score, sign/attest each card and delivery it to the Pro Shop. One player in each group will use Golf Genius to submit the group’s scores electronically. Please ensure the printed score cards match the Golf Genius input. The official score will be the signed and attested printed scorecard. Failure to sign/attest scorecards or input scores to Golf Genius may result in a penalty or disqualification.
