  • You must be at your starting hole by 7:45AM

Rules:

  • Play will be from the White Tee Markers for Men and Red for Ladies

  • Penalty areas on: 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17

  • Out of Bounds: 1/9 (practice range), 4/12 (old park), 16, 17, 18

  • Ground Under Repair areas caused by Fiona will be marked with white paint on holes #8 and #12 only.
    • Ground Under Repair Rule - Ground under repair is an area on the golf course considered unfit for play. A player can drop out of this area with no penalty. Ground under repair is normally marked by a white circle or stakes. When dropping from ground under repair, you must take the nearest point of relief (stance) and one club length. Make sure you drop the ball no closer to the hole. The ball must be dropped from knee-height. If you are still standing in the ground under repair after you dropped, you must drop again. Your ball is in play after you have dropped and there is no interference from the ground under repair. It is not mandatory to drop from ground under repair. You always have the option to play a ball from ground under repair unless the golf course or committee prohibits it.
    • Relief for Ball Not Found but in or on Abnormal Course Condition

If a player’s ball has not been found and it is known or virtually certain that the ball came to rest in or                      on an abnormal course condition on the course, the player may use this relief option instead                                  of taking stroke-and-distance relief:

The player may take relief under Rule 16.1bc or d, using the estimated point where the ball last                             the edge of the abnormal course condition on the course as the spot of the ball for                                                   purposes of finding the nearest point of complete relief.

Once the player puts another ball in play to take relief in this way:

The original ball is no longer in play and must not be played.

This is true even if it is then found on the course before the end of the three-minute search time                              (see Rule 6.3b).

But if it is not known or virtually certain that the ball came to rest in or on an abnormal course                                  condition and the ball is lost, the player must take stroke-and-distance relief under Rule 18.2.
