Careers In Golf Workshop – Tuesday 23^rd July 2024

Careers in Golf is a new initiative started and run by twelve golf organisations in the UK and Ireland, collectively known as the Golf Forum. The focus of this new initiative to increase awareness and educate students on the variety of careers available within the golf sector.

You don’t need to be a golfer to work in the golf industry!

WHAT IS INVOLVED
In conjunction with The Senior Open Championship being held at Carnoustie Golf Links this summer, this unique opportunity aims to provide young people in our local area, aged 16-19 years old, with an insight into all the possible careers in the golf industry. In addition to the workshop that is being held on 23^rd July from 9am-12pm, there will also be an amazing opportunity to attend a behind-the-scenes tour of The Senior Open Championship. The tour will take place on either Thursday 25^th July or Friday 26^th July, depending on your availability.

WHO CAN ATTEND
This opportunity is available for up to 50 young people and will be provided free of charge. Places in the workshop will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and registration is available by clicking the registration tab. Registration is required by 12^th July 2024.
