Two divisions again!  Once you sign up as an individual or a team, please select whether you want to play in the morning (7:30am) or afternoon (1:00pm) division.

 

The morning is completely full but there are still afternoon spots available.  Contact leetfamily5@gmail.com if you are unable to register.

 

Registrants should use a pre-agreed team name to be put with other individuals using that team name.  If you don't have a team, we will assign you to one.  You may also use this form to sponsor a hole, or donate if you are unable to play.

 

Payment Options:

• Credit card payments are available only during online registration

• Cash or checks payable to 'Izzy Leet Memorial Scholarship' will be accepted the day of the tournament (select the "skip payment" option during online registration)
