USGA RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY
TEES: WHITE & G/W COMBO

 

FORMAT:

SATURDAY, JULY 13 – BEST BALL NET STABLEFORD(85% of handicaps used)

SUNDAY, JULY 14 – AGGREGATE NET STABLEFORD(100% of handicaps used)

 

1. COMPETITION
   1. Stableford - Points are 5 for net double eagle, 4 for eagle, 3 for birdie, 2 for par, 1 for bogey, and 0 for double bogey and above.
2. PENALTY AREAS
   1. On holes #5, #10, &#16 – As an additional option, you may use the ball drop if your ball entered the penalty area closer to the hole than the ball drop.
3. ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITIONS
   1. Defined by white lines. Liners in bunkers and French drains are deemed to be ground under repair. Rule 16.1
   2. Animal tracks in bunkers are an abnormal course condition and free relief can be taken under Rule 16.1c.
4. OUT OF BOUNDS
   1. Out of bounds is defined as white stakes throughout the golf course.
5. ALTERNATIVE TO STROKE AND DISTANCE
   1. Is NOT in effect.
6. ARTIFICIALLY SURFACED ROADS AND PATHS
   1. Cart paths and their natural borders are obstructions. Rule 16.1a.
7. PACE OF PLAY
   1. You should play at a prompt pace throughout the round, including the time taken to:
      1. Prepare for and make each stroke,
      2. Move from one place to another between strokes,
      3. Move to the next teeing area after completing a hole.
      4. You should prepare in advance for your next stroke and be ready to play when it is your turn.
   2.   Playing Out of Turn to Help Pace of Play.
      1. Play “ready golf” in a safe and responsible way.
