Event Details

Date of the event:

• Practice rounds are available on Friday – Sunday after 1pm and based off of availability.
• Range balls will be provided.
• Players must walk and carry their own golf bags (push carts are permitted). The 9 and under division are allowed caddies but both caddies and players must walk. Caddies are allowed to give golf advice to their player.
• Cell phones should only be used in the case of an emergency.
• All Rounds are 3pm Shotgun Starts.
• Participants should arrive to the putting green at 2:30pm for announcements.
• Pace of play: 4.5 hours. You are expected to keep up with the group in front of you and not cause any delay in play.
• The double par rule is in effect for all participants.
• Drinks will be available in coolers on the golf course. Lunch will be provided at the club house from 1pm-2pm in the Clubhouse.
• The scoring area is located inside of the Clubhouse. Scores are deemed unofficial until scorecards are signed and returned to the scoring area.
• The awards ceremony will begin immediately after each division and flight have been scored. Players are encouraged to attend.
