Anniversary Tournament Details

The Anniversary Tournament will be a 4-player Team Event. Singles can sign up after 2 June to try and find Team members for a Team.

The format of the Tournament will be Lone Ranger. This means on each hole, the score of one dedicated player will count (The Lone Ranger), as well as the best ball from the remaining 3 players in the Team. It will be a Stableford Event.

The designated Lone Ranger for each hole will be as follows:

A-Player: Holes 3, 4, 9, 12 and 17

B-Player: Holes 1, 6, 10, 14 and 18

C-Player: Holes 2, 8, 13 and 15

D-Player: Holes 5, 7, 11 and 16

For example, on Hole 6, the score for a Team will be the Stableford score for Player B (The Lone Ranger) plus the best score from players A/C/D. Gross scores will be entered in Golf Genius and the App will do all the required calculations.

Handicaps will be at 75% of each player in the Team, and Teams will be flighted based on the sum of the handicaps of all 4 players in the Team. The number of flights will be based on the number of Teams in the tournament. The aim is to have 12 to 15 Teams in a flight. Maximum Playing Handicap for Men will be 27 (36@75%) and maximum Playing handicap for ladies will be 30 (40@75%).
