The awards presentation will take place after the completion of play on Sunday at the Fox's Den Restaurant.

Only active 2024 members of the Williams Lake Golf & Tennis Club with a valid Golf Canada handicap index in good standing are eligible to play this event. 

The field will be divided into divisions based on gender and birthdate at the time of grouping. Any golfer who has reached their 55th birthday by the first scheduled day of the championship will be placed automatically in the Senior Category.

One man and one woman with the low two-day gross score for the tournament will be awarded 2024 Club Champion, Low Gross, regardless of how they were originally flighted.
