Club Championship & Ringer Tournament
Club Championship Format: Individual Stroke Play
Ringer Format: Best Net score on each hole over two days
Handicap: 95% handicap allocation
Rules: USGA Rules govern play except where local rules prevail.
You must HOLE OUT on each hole. Play the ball as it lies.
Local Rules:
- The alternate rule for a ball lost or out of bounds is in effect. For two penalty strokes, you may take relief by dropping the ball in the relief area (see rule 14.3).
- If there is a doubt to a rules procedure, play a second ball and seek a ruling upon completion of the round. Any ruling made by the rules committee is considered final.
- Devices that measure distance only are allowed.
- If a ball lies through the green and an immovable obstruction on or within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two club-lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief by lifting and dropping at the nearest point to where the ball lay that is (a) is not nearer the hole, (b) avoids intervention and (c) is not in a hazard or putting green.
Flights: Flights based on handicap (and tees for men’s divisions)
Prizes: Prizes are limited to one per person.

Ties: In the case of a tie for overall low gross a sudden death playoff will take place starting on the eighteenth hole immediately following play. All other ties will be broken using the USGA recommended method: best last 9 holes (10-18), if still tied, best last 6 holes (13-18), if still tied best last 3 holes (16-18), if still tied, best last hole.
Pace of Play: In the case the group falls more than a hole behind, the entire group will be given a warning. If the group does not keep up to the group ahead, there will be another warning. On the third time the group is behind, each player will be timed. A one stroke penalty will be assessed on the player who takes longer than 40 seconds to play the shot. The time starts when the previous player finishes his shot or when the group reaches the tee box.
Handicap Posting: Your scores will be posted for you.
