2024 Capitol City Men's Amateur Entry Fee MUST BE 16 OR OLDER TO PLAY. 16 TO 17 YEAR OLDS MUST BE A 9.0 INDEX OR LOWER TO COMPETE. Must have a current USGA Handicap to enter or play as a scratch. By virtue of entering this event, the participant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the tournament and of Capitol City Golf Club. All decisions made by the Capitol City Amateur Tournament Committee are final. Winnings will be in the form of credit that can be used for merchandise in the Pro Shop or Special Orders.
