Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

Thank you for registering to play in this year's Member/Partner Tournament. Below is a schedule of events:

 

Friday, May 31 - Riverwood
12:00 PM - Team Check-In 

 

1:00 PM shotgun start - Practice Round

It is assumed that all participants will be playing in the practice round.  If you are unable to play, please email Daniel, Tyler, or Michael so that we can adjust pairings.  Also, if you have a request for which team you would like to play with during the practice round, please let us know and we will do my best to accommodate.  

Team Gross and Net Game and Skins - There will be an optional net and gross game during the practice round.  Cost is $30 cash per team and can be paid in the golf shop prior to play.  

 

6:00PM - Welcome Party

Players and spouses are welcome to join us after the round for food, drinks and fun. Food truck will be on site for dinner.  Beer will be on tap at the outside bar.  Food and Beer and included.  We'll have a putting contest, a short game contest, cornhole, music and more.  Please send me an email to let me know who from your group will be attending the social so that we can make appropriate plans for the food and drinks.  Parimutuel Betting will be available as well.  

 

Saturday, June 1 - Riverwood

 

7:30 AM - Check In, Parimutuel, Breakfast, Range Opens

Please be sure to arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to eat, receive your tee gift an warm up.  Last chance for Parimutuel bets as well.  Also, if you did not play in the practice round, this is the time to check your team in.  

 

9:00 AM - 1st 9-hole Match Begins

 

11:30 AM - 2nd 9-hole Match Begins - snacks will be available between matches

 

2:00 PM - Lunch

 

2:30 PM - 3rd 9-hole Match Begins

 

Sunday, June 2 - Eagle Ridge

 

7:30 AM - Breakfast in Tavern, range open

 

9:00 AM - 4th 9-Hole Match Begins

 

11:30 AM - Lunch

 

12:00 PM - 5th 9-Hole Match Begins

 

2:30 PM - Parimutuel Betting available for Shootout

 

3:00 PM - Shootout

 

 

Format - Five 9-Hole Matches within the Flight.  Net Better Ball of Partners, Match Play.  Players receive 100% of their course handicap established from the tee of play.  The Riverwood Flight & Eagle Ridge Flight will play the Blue Tees. Men aged 69 and younger in all other flights will be the White Tees. Men aged 70 and older in all other flights will play the Gold Tees. All Ladies will play the Red Tees.
