2024 Men's League
League Information
Format: Match Play - Better Ball of Partners (9-Holes).
- Players will receive 90% of their current USGA handicap.
- Strokes will be awarded in each match according to the following formula:
- Low handicap in the match plays at scratch.
- Others receive ½ the difference between their handicap and the low handicap with strokes being awarded based on the handicap rank of the hole, ½ strokes inclusive.
- Points per match are earned as follows:
- 0 points for a loss
- ½ point for a tie
- 1 point for a win
- Week 9 (June 27) will be a NET Better Ball of Partners (Stableford Points) format. The Top 6 teams within each flight will play.
- Stableford points are earned as follows:
- 5 points for an Eagle
- 3 points for a Birdie
- 1 point for a Par
- -1 point for a Bogey or Worse
- The team with the most stableford points within their flight will receive the following points:
- 1st ~ 1 point
- 2nd ~ 0.8 points
- 3rd ~ 0.6 points
- 4th ~ 0.4 points
- 5th ~ 0.2 points
- 6th ~ 0 points
Flights: There will be (8) flights based on the team's combined handicap index. Each flight will have a bye week. Flights were created based on the team's Combined Handicap Index. The handicaps used were as of April 26th Revision.
Bye Week Schedule: Each flight will have a “bye week”. Below is a list of the weeks.
- Flight 1 = Week 7 (June 13)
- Flight 2 = Week 5 (May 30)
- Flight 3 = Week 2 (May 9)
- Flight 4 = Week 8 (June 18, Tuesday)
- Flight 5 = Week 3 (May 16)
- Flight 6 = Week 6 (June 6)
- Flight 7 = Week 4 (May 23)
- Flight 8 = Week 1 (May 2)
- All flights will play Week 9 (Stableford week)
Tees: The White Tees are the established tee. Tee It Forward eligible players may play the forward tees with their handicap adjusted appropriately.
Live Scoring: A member of the foursome is required to post the scores through Golf Genius: mobile app or golf cart.
Scorecards: All scorecards (the official document) must be signed, attested, and submitted immediately following play.
Posting: Scores will be posted by the league. If your match completes prior to the conclusion of all 9 holes, the use of par plus any handicap strokes the player is entitled to receive, should be recorded on the scorecard for each hole that is not finished.
Handicaps: Playing Handicaps will be updated the morning of each match. The maximum handicap a player can have is 18 for a 9 hole match.
Substitutes: Substitutions are permitted during the regular season only. A team is allowed THREE substitutes throughout the entire season. A substitute can’t be a member of the league. Teams are responsible to get their own substitutes and notify the staff as soon as possible. You may view the Sub List under Golf Events on the ClubHouse Online app or website. Substitute players must have a GHIN number and active handicap.
No Shows: Teams with one no-show player will play the match as a one-man team or forfeit the match. Teams with two no-shows will forfeit the match. At least one player from a team must be present to play or the match will be forfeited.
Rain-Outs: If there is a complete cancellation of a Thursday due to inclement weather, all teams will receive a half-point. If play is started and 5 or more holes are completed; the match is official. If less than 5 holes are completed the matched is considered to be halved.
Playoffs: All Flight Winners & Runners-up will qualify for the playoffs.
Tie Breaking Procedures: Ties will be broken in the following manner for Flight Winners & Runners-up:
- Head-to-Head Result – (win, loss or tie)
- Head-to-Head – Net Score (relation to par based on holes played)
- Head-to-Head – Match of Cards (starting with the lowest hole on the respective 9)
- Stableford Week (Week 9) - Most Points (Week 9)
- Stableford Week (Week 9) – Net Score
Playoffs: (4) regions will be created with (4) teams per region. Region seeding is based on finish with the respective flights.

Payout: Payouts will be in the form of cash. Teams can pick up their winners at the completion of the league, after the final match.
- Flight Winners = $500 each
- Flight Runners-up = $300 each
- Playoff Champions (Overall Champions) = $1,800 each
- Playoff Runner-Up = $900 each
- Playoff Semifinalist = $600 each
- Playoff Quarterfinalist = $300 each
