SOLHEIM CUP 2024

Run by Okanagan Ladies Club

This is a match play tournament (36 holes played over two days) fashioned after the real Solheim Cup. The format is 9 holes of each of the following:

    Scramble
    Alternate Shot
    Better Net Ball
    Singles Matchplay

Two teams of 16 Ladies Club members (Full Play members) are formed by random draw (divided into handicap groupings for fairness).  Teams compete against one another for the love of the game and bragging rights.  The winning team and all team member names are engraved on the Solheim Cup trophy.

Along with the excitement of spirited team competition, there will be a Potluck Party held the week prior where the Team Captains and Team Members are announced.

Players will be confirmed in signup order.  The event is best run with 32 players. Additional signups (in sign up order) will be used as alternates if cancellations occur.

Potluck Party:

Held the week before the event at a private home.  Further details tba.
