Host Club Information - The Vintage Golf Club

 

 

Tournament Office

• The Tournament Office at The Vintage Golf Club will be located in the Members Lounge
• Players can access the tournament office via the Pro Shop (enter and head down the corridor on the right) or through the Clubhouse Main Entry (enter and head down the corridor on the right).
• Players must register in the tournament office before their round to collect their scorecard. 
• Players must return to the tournament office immediately after their round to hand their scorecard in.

 

 

Clubhouse Opening Hours

• The Clubhouse will be open from ?
• The Restuarant will be open from ? to ? (breakfast) and from ? (dinner), Monday to Friday.
• Coffee will be available from the Clubhouse, from ?

 

 

Pro Shop Opening Hours

• The Proshop will be open from ?
• In addition to breakfast / lunch being available from the Clubhouse Restaurant, the Proshop will also have Pies / Sausage Rolls / Sandwiches / Chocolate Bars / Drinks for players and parents to purchase during the day.

 

 

Practice Facilities

• The Vintage Golf Club has the following Practice Facilities
  • Putting Green (adjacent to the clubhouse)
  • Chipping Green (tbc)
  • Driving Range (across the road, near the 1st tee)

 

• All players will receive 1 warmup bucket per day, to be collected from the pro shop.
• This bucket can be used between 6:00am and 9:00am, prior to the round.
• Players wishing to use the range after the round can purchase balls from the pro shop.
