Host Club Information - Cypress Lakes Golf Resort

 

 

Tournament Office

• The Tournament Office at Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club will be located in the Members Lounge of the main resort building, directly above the Pro Shop.
• Players can access the tournament office via the reception front doors (enter and turn to your right) or via the outdoor stairs out the front of the Pro Shop.
• Players must register in the tournament office before their round to collect their scorecard. 
• Players must return to the tournament office immediately after their round to hand their scorecard in.

 

 

Clubhouse Opening Hours

• The Clubhouse will be open from ?
• The Restuarant will be open from ? to ? (breakfast) and from ? (dinner), Monday to Friday.
• Coffee will be available from the Clubhouse, from ?

 

 

Pro Shop Opening Hours

• The Proshop will be open from 5:15am to 6:15pm.
• In addition to breakfast / lunch being available from the Clubhouse Restaurant, the Proshop will also have Pies / Sausage Rolls / Sandwiches / Chocolate Bars / Drinks for players and parents to purchase during the day.

 

 

Practice Facilities

• Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club has the following Practice Facilities
  • Driving Range (adjacent to the 1st fairway)
  • Putting Green (adjacent to the Pro Shop and 14th Tee)
  • Chipping Green (adjacent to the Driving Range)

 

• Balls for the Driving Range can be collected from the Pro Shop.

 

To protect the Driving Range Practice Tee and allow for ball collection as well as to protect the putting green and allow regular maintenance, the Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club Practice Facilities will be open / closed at the following times.

 

Practice Facilities Opening Hours

 

Monday

• Driving Range, Putting Green and Chipping Green will be open for use all day.
• 6:00am > 6:00pm
• All players will receive 1 warmup bucket which can be used at any time on the Monday.

 

Tuesday - Friday

• All players will receive 1 warmup bucket per day, to be collected from the pro shop.
• These can be used in the 5:15am > 8:00am and the 9:30am > 1:00pm sessions.
• Players wishing to use the range in the 2:30pm > 5:00pm session can purchase balls from the pro shop.

 

The Driving Range will be open / closed at the following times.​​​​​​​

• Open from 5:15am > 8:15am
• Closed from 8:15am > 9:30am for ball collection / maintenance
• Open from 9:30am > 1:00pm
• Closed from 1:00pm > 2:30pm for ball collection / maintenance
• Open from 2:30pm > 5:30pm
• Closed from 5:30pm for ball collection / maintenance

 

The Putting Green will be open / closed at the following times.

• Open from 5:15am > 8:15am
• Closed from 8:15am > 9:30am for maintenance
• Open from 9:30am > 2:30pm
• Closed from 2:30pm > 4:00pm for maintenance
• Open from 4:00pm > 6:15pm
• Closed from 6:15pm

 

The Chipping Green will be open all day from 5:15am > 6:00pm.
