2024 Ladies League Rules
Players encouraged to have a partner --This is a four-player TEAM league
If you do not have a partner, the pro shop can try to pair you with a team.
**2024 Official Rules
- The first night of league will be Tuesday May 7th. The last night of the league will be June 25th. We will start play with tee times starting at 6:00pm. Each week will alternate between the front and back nine.
- To be considered for team points, ALL members of the league must have their 2024 RHGA and IGA dues paid for with active GHIN handicap. (No exceptions) GHIN handicaps just need to be active by start of League.
- LEAGUE FORMAT! - New format this year! 9 hole best-ball format each week. Teams will be playing against the field for both gross and net points.
- TEES - Tees will be set on a weekly basis according to course and weather conditions. (Red or orange)
- SCORING: Team points will be earned weekly based on gross and net standings against the field.
No-shows will be awarded zero points for the week.
- SUBS: The four-team format accounts for two subs for each team. Please make sure you communicate effectively with your teammates, especially if there's a week you know you can't play. It will be up to you to find a sub if two players from your team cannot play. At least one original team player needs to be available each week.
- Subs are not required to be RHGA members, but must have an active handicap to earn team points.
- WEATHER – In the event there is a question of league play due to weather and/or course conditions the decision to “call” play will be determined by the golf shop staff and your league manager.
- LEAGUE WEBSITE: We are using Golf Genius Software for scoring. Each week pairings and tee times will be emailed out Monday and announce the weekly contest. This email will also include your golf genius code to record scores for the night. This is another reason why it's imperative that teams communicate who is playing in their group by Sunday night.
If you pick up on a hole (highly encouraged for pace of play), please use the following guidelines for posting your “most likely score”:
