Inspiring Golf in a Beautiful Resort Setting

Bear Creek Club’s two spectacular championship layouts - the West and East Courses - were designed by noted golf course architect Ted Robinson in the old style, leaving the terrain completely natural.

Lush stands of mature oak trees frame undulating Bermuda fairways and manicured greens, in perfect balance with nature – with deep roughs, expansive bunkers, and an abundance of sparkling water features creating both strategic diversity and a picturesque backdrop for golf. FORMAT

18-hole stroke play championship.  All entries are on a first come, first served basis. A sudden death on-course playoff will be held to determine winners of any flight that is tied after 18 holes, weather and course availability permitting.
 

Entry Fee: $149

 

Field Size :40 Players

 

Entry Deadline: SUNDAY APRIL 14TH  @ 11:00 PM CST - there will a $20 late fee added to any registration that takes place after the entry deadline, subject to approval by the Tour Director .

Includes: 18 holes of golf w/ cart, range balls, prize fund for top finishers (25-30%) in each flight, tournament setup & scoring

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS


Registration / Check-In: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

LUNCH 12:00 - 1:00 PM , WARM UP and Be in Your Car by 1:20 pm
 

All participants must check-in with the tournament committee At Least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. Players will have the opportunity to enter into the optional $20 skins and/or $10 giant skins games (cash only) at this time.
 

Starting Times: SHOTGUN START at 1:30 PM

Starting times/pairings will typically be emailed to each participant and posted on the tournament webpage 48 hours in advance of the tournament.
 

Awards Ceremony: 5:30 pm - 6:30pm ( When your flight has completed competition )
