Handicap Index Limit: 11.6 for Boys and 23.0 for Girls

Boys: White Tees | Girls: Red Tees

Prizes for Gross and Nett

 

 ENTRY FEE: £60.00 PER PLAYER

(to include two course lunch and prizes)

 

 

CLOSING DATE: Wednesday 17th July at 12noon

 

• The Competition will be in accordance with the Rules of Golf and Local Rules of the Club.
• This will be a handicap qualifying event
• Entrants must hold a current handicap of 11.6 for Boys & 23.0 for Girls or better at the time of entry.
• Entries are limited to 60 and if required a ballot on handicap will take place.
• Cancellations: No refunds will be made to those withdrawing after the closing date
• Caddies & Buggies: Neither caddies, buggies or trolley pullers will be permitted.
• Spectators must remain at least 25 metres from the players throughout the competition.
• The decision of the Competition Committee is final.

• TEE TIMES: A start sheet will be sent via email after the closing date (Times from 8.30am)
• Entry can be made online at WaltonHeath.com/Tournaments on or before the stipulated closing date of Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 12noon. All entries will be acknowledged via email.
• The Entry Fee is £60.00 which may be paid via the online entry system. In the event of a competitor having to scratch after the closing date he/she will be reimbursed 80% of their entry fee if a player from the reserve list can be substituted. Players withdrawing after the closing date and where a substitute cannot be found will not be refunded their entry fee.
• All unsuccessful entrants will be informed without delay but may be given the opportunity to compete if scratchings subsequently occur. Entry Fees will not be charged to those who do not compete.
