Eligibility: Open to all active CGA members. Cannot be 19 years of age on or before June 27, 2024.

Registration Opens: Exempt players may register for the championship on March 15, 2024 at 08:00am

Registration Deadline: Exempt players must register for the championship by April 14, 2024 at 11:59pm

Exempt Players: Players who are exempt from qualifying are listed on the exemption list under the "Championship Information" tab. CLICK HERE 

Entry Fee: $300.00 for exempt players and $240.00 for successful qualifiers. 

Field Size: 156 maximum entrants. 102 boys, 54 girls. 

Qualifying: Players that are not exempt into the championship must qualify at 1 of 5 qualifiers. Players are permitted only one qualifying attempt per championship. Successful qualifiers will be pushed through to the championship within two days after qualifying.

Format: 36 holes of Stroke Play, into Single Elimination Bracket Match Play. After 36 holes of Stroke Play, the low 32 boys and the low 32 girls will advance to Match Play. 

Championship Schedule: 

• Sunday (6/23): Round 1 - 18 Holes Stroke Play
• Monday (6/24): Round 2 - 18 Holes Stroke Play
• Tuesday (6/25):  Round of 32
• Wednesday Morning (6/26): Round of 16 
• Wednesday Afternoon (6/26): Quarter-Finals
• Thursday Morning (6/27): Semi-Finals
• Thursday Afternoon (6/27): Championship Matches

Starting Times: Beginning at 7:00am each day. 

Tee Time Estimates: Will be available under the Championship Information tab. 

Practice Round Information: Each championship entrant receives one free practice round during the month of June, call the golf shop to schedule: 303-340-1520. Additional practice rounds available at the posted rate. 

Yardage: Will be available under the Championship Information tab.

Approximate Yardage: Boys Open Division - 7000 yds.  

Approximate Yardage: Girls Open Division - 6000 yds.

Caddies/Spectators: Caddies are not permitted at CGA State Junior Qualifiers or Championship proper. Spectators are allowed provided they stay on the cart paths.

Mobile Scoring: Players will score on their cell phones. Please CLICK HERE to view the mobile scoring instructions.

Player Food: Food will be available for purchase inside the clubhouse at the responsibility of the player.

Score Posting: The CGA will post stroke play scores to GHIN as Tournament Scores. Scores from match play events will NOT be posted by the CGA. The player may post their own score at the end of a round. Information on the applicable slope/rating for posting purposes will be available from the tournament director.
