General Event Information

 

-Registration will be in the Terrace Bar with Tea /Coffee & Bacon Roll on arrival, available from 10am.

 

-First tee time will be at 11.03am in 9 min intervals played in 3balls.

 

-2 course Buffet dinner in Dining Room from circa 6.15pm & Presentation in the Dining Room circa 7.30pm. Please note – The dress code in the Dining Room is Jacket & Tie.  

 

-There will be Nearest the Pin on the 5th & 13^th with Longest Drive on the 18th.

 

-The team from Golf Genius will be on site to assist with Registration and scoring with Live Scoring in the Clubhouse.

 

-Buggies/Trolleys/ Tokens for driving range are all available to hire/purchase from the Professional shop.

 

-Locker room doors will be left on the latch - no code required.

 

-The Halfway house will be Open to purchase Refreshments.

 

-There are also Practice nets on site, with short game and putting green area available for those who wish to warm up prior to Tee Off.

 

-The club have been notified of the Dietary requirements that were entered on to your Registration form but if you have dietary requirements and didn’t put on the form, please let us know ASAP
