Registration Deadline: Friday, June 21, 2024 at 04:00 PM

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($170.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($100.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($280.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($240.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: Round 1: 8:30am-11:00am (Ambassador) | Round 2: 8:00am-10:30am (Presidential)

*Round 2 will be released after round 1. All players who start in round 1 will also play round 2. We will repair based on score. 

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Division

 

Driving Range: Range balls will be available for purchase prior to play

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will be available at Hickory Valley Golf Club - Ambassador, Hickory Valley Golf Club - Presidential on weekdays only.

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Hickory Valley Golf Club - Ambassador, Hickory Valley Golf Club - Presidential

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will be available to rent at Hickory Valley Golf Club - Ambassador, Hickory Valley Golf Club - Presidential

 

PJT will not allow caddies for 2024

 

 

Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS): Any division with 5 or more competitors that completes 36 holes will be ranked by Junior Golf Scoreboard

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
