Player Check-in: Players must check-in upon arrival. The check-in table will open one hour before the first tee time of the day and remain open until the final tee times.

Starting Times: Tee Times will begin at 10 am. Tee times and pairings will be assigned after registration for the event has closed.

Spectator carts: Available at the discretion of the course. Carts must stay on the cart path and 50 yards from the nearest competitor.

Spectator Policy: Please spectate from a position ahead of your golfer. If a spectator is too close in proximity to a competitor and coaching or giving advice is suspected then the spectator will be given a warning. If it happens again they will be asked to leave the course.

Practice Area: Will be available at the discretion of the course, always check with GPGA staff at the registration table.
