The Match Play Tournament in which opponents will mutually arrange the course and time within each month to play their match, with the winner advancing to the next round.  This is a consolation bracket tournament for the 2024 season. All participants are guaranteed two matches. The event features a progressive payout format where each match is worth money. The finals (winner's bracket and consolation bracket) will be played in October at a premier course in Northern Illinois.  Golf and cart will be provided free for the final round matches.

Open to NIMAGA second year (and above) members.  First year members are eligible if they had a CDGA handicap prior to joining NIMAGA.

C&GMPT matches will be allowed during regular NIMAGA stroke play events as a last resort to preventing forfeiture of a match. This will require committee approval. We will not allow any participant to use this opportunity more than once unless there are extenuating circumstances presented to the committee.
