2024 18 Hole Ladies League Rules

 

Sign into Golf Genius (GG) website or load Golf Genius APP, enter TIBLADIES24

 

After joining the league, you will receive an email invitation weekly asking if you would like to sign up to play.  After replying you will receive a confirmation, with an option to cancel if you cannot play after signing up. Sign up closes on Tuesday at noon.  Pairings and tee times will be emailed and posted on GG by 6 pm Tuesday.

 

If you need to cancel after sign ups have closed, please text Brita Swanson @ 402-960-1542 by 8 pm the night before!!!  If you have an emergency and need to cancel the morning of the tee time please call the clubhouse @ 402-895-2688.  If someone in your group cancels please be flexible in that you may be moved to another group!!!  If there is inclement weather, a group email will be sent to verify if we are playing or not!

 

Please arrive and be ready to play 15 minutes prior to your tee time.

 

If you wish to participate in the Chip In Pot, place $1 in the can and add your name to the list.  If you chip in during round, please come into the clubhouse and write your name and what hole you chipped in on as well as text Linda Rivera @ 402-630-4195.  One half of the prize money will be awarded each week, with the other half donated to NWAGA at the end of the season.  

 

Play ready golf and keep up with the group ahead of you.  If you have not holed out by double par pick up your ball and move on to next hole and score double par plus one.

 

 

 

 

NEW RULE on Hammerhead number 3:  if you hit your ball into the water go down to the bottom of the hill and hit from the drop zone.  If that shot goes into the water, go across and drop between the sand trap and the water for your next shot.  Scoring goes something like this:  1 for the Drive, 2 for hitting in the water, 3 for out of the water, 4 hitting at the drop zone, if it goes in the water again 5 out, 6 from between trap and water, 7 putt in.  As always, if you take double par, pick up your ball and score double par plus one.  As an example if you miss your 8th putt on a par four you pick ball and mark 9 on the score sheet (if you were on the green in 7 and miss that 8th putt pick up your ball and count it as 2 putts).

 

 

 

 

Each group should keep the official score card and one other card.  Have ONE player enter scores electronically hole by hole into GG and check at the end of the round!  NOTE:  You should check scorecards and GG not just for totals, but individual scores hole by hole. Scores will be posted to GHIN by the GG app by the League President.   Players do not post scores to GHIN from the league,  however please post all other scores into your GHIN when you are playing outside of league.
