NewClub Rules Always in Effect:

  1. Max Net Double Bogey: The highest score anyone can record is a max Net Double Bogey. If you’re having “that” hole, pick it up for the group's pace.
  2. Play all out-of-bounds and lost balls as a lateral drop: All white stakes, lines, and other course markings that demarcate an out-of-bounds area will be played as red lateral penalty areas. Take a one-stroke penalty, two club lengths from where the ball last crossed (or where your group agrees), and continue to play out the hole. You also have the option under USGA local rule to take a 2-shot penalty and drop on the edge of the fairway adjacent to where your ball last crossed. In other words, never re-tee and keep it moving!
  3. Play Ready Golf  - Friends Don’t Let Friends Play Slow. If you’re at your ball and are ready to play, do it. We all must be okay with playing our ball when ready, regardless of format or who is away.
