Dear Participant,

Headline Sponsor Projetech Reinvigorates The Corporate Charity Challenge in support of the British West Indies Collegiate & The Ashley Learning Center

Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club is thrilled to reintroduce the “Corporate Charity Challenge” due to the amazing efforts of Kyle Camarro and Projetech. On Sunday, February 25th the RTCGC will host the 4th “Corporate Charity Challenge” in an effort to raise a minimum of $50,000 divided towards two great causes; the BWIC Brayton Hall and The Ashley Learning Center. The emphasis of the event is to reach the fundraising goal while offering a fun tournament for the local business community to participate, with the winning team receiving the all-important “Bragging Rights” for the next year! Details of the 2024 event are listed below:

• To reach the fundraising goal a minimum of 15 teams are necessary for success. $30,000 would then be donated specifically to the Brayton Hall project at BWIC for the purchase of the necessary replacement AC unit. Brayton Hall is used for both school purposes and also by community events at large. The Ashley LC would receive $20,000+ for Kitchen purchases and other needed physical upgrades.

• Festivities begin Friday, Feb. 23rd at 6:30 PM with the Opening Cocktail Party and canapés at #19, RTCGC.

• The tournament portion of the weekend begins Sunday, Feb. 25th with a 1:30 PM Shotgun. Dinner with trophy presentation to follow in the clubhouse.

• Event Format: 4-person net scramble with some fun, unique & surprising rules. Each team must have at least one golfer who works for their company, other players can be chosen at large. Handicaps will be adjusted for any team less than a combined total of 50 as the emphasis is on fundraising.

• Entry fee for each four-person team is $2,500 which includes all festivities for all 4 players.

• Entries must be received by Wednesday, February 14th. Please let us know as soon as possible.

• Please view and complete the below attached team entry form with information on Hole Sponsorship.

Take the Ashley Learning Center Challenge! Additionally, and separate from the other sponsorship options, for every dollar donated, a generous and anonymous benefactor will match all donations up to a total of $20,000. Let’s achieve this goal to raise an additional $40,000 for the Ashley Learning Center projects.

We challenge your business to join the fun and help support this great cause. Who will be the champion golf team of the TCI Business Community in 2024?

Sincerely,

Dave Douglas
