Tournament Information
Format: Individual Stroke Play, 36 holes for 13-18 Divisions
Eligibility: In order to advance to the national event, players must be residents within the boundary of the Philadelphia PGA Section. The Philadelphia PGA Section covers Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Cecil County Maryland and the entire state of Delaware. Players who are residents outside of the section, are eligible for the AJGA PBE stars, but are NOT eligible to advance to the national championship.
National Championship: The top two (2) finishers in the Philadelphia Girls Junior PGA Championship will earn a spot in the 48th Girls Junior PGA Championship at Congressional Country Club from July 30th-August 2nd.
Tee Times: All competitors have exactly 5 hours after their 1st round starting time to report to their respective tee for their 2nd round starting time. Please provide yourself ample time when playing your 1st round to allow for lunch, practice, and anything else you need to do get ready for your 2nd round. Failing to make your 2nd round starting time will result in disqualification unless you are within 5 minutes of your time, you will be penalized 2 strokes. If there is a cause for delay that has affected the fields pace of play, the Committee will make the appropriate adjustments to the starting times for Round 2.
Lunch: Lunch will be provided for all competitors between Rounds 1 & 2
Caddies: Caddies are not permitted during the Philadelphia Girls Junior PGA Championship
Driving Range: The range will be available for all players prior to play. It opens at 7:00am, and range is only able to be used when the player is on the mats.
Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will be available at Northampton Country Club however it is limited to Sunday June 9th after 3:00pm. A $50 fee includes a cart, if the player is of driving age, and the practice round is only open to players playing in the event. Chipping is not allowed on the putting green, there is a short game area next to the putting green.
Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Northampton Country Club.
Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will NOT be available to rent at Northampton Country Club.
Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS): Any division with 5 or more competitors that completes 36 holes will be ranked by Junior Golf Scoreboard
AJGA PBE Status: The following Performance Based Entry will be awarded to this event:

| If >30 in Field, 2nd Place - Top 20% of Field | 2 Stars |
| If <30 in Field, 2nd Place - Top 20% of Field | 1 Star |
| If >30 in Field, Top 50% of Field | 1 Star |
Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
