Registration Information

 

Registration Deadline: Friday, July 26, 2024 at 04:00 PM

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($70.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($50.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($185.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($145.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 9:00am-10:12am 

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Division

 

Driving Range: No range will be available for players, only a chipping and putting area.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will be available Monday-Friday at Chapel Hill Golf Course for $20 but players must make a tee time by calling the course.

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Chapel Hill Golf Course

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will be available to rent at Chapel Hill Golf Course

 

PJT will not allow caddies for 2024

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
