As a highly experienced and qualified golf professional with over 20 years’ in the golf industry, Virginia has developed a
reputation for understanding the needs of all golfers across all abilities. Specialising in education, team and individual athlete management Virginia is particularly passionate about developing athletes at all levels, creating, establishing, engaging and implementing multifaceted state and club programs. Since 2008 Virginia has been working with Golf Australia's High Performance Team Nationally and at State level assisting the development of Australian players. As a coach, mentor and educator in all areas of golf and player management, Virginia is considered an expert in technical, physical, mental, tactical areas of game development. In 2016
she was recognised by Australian Golf Digest as one of their Top 50 PGA Coaches Australia wide. Virginia is the current head coach of the State Junior Team in Queensland and has been since 2009. In 2012, Virginia was a finalist in the QLD “Womensport Female Coach of the Year”. Aligned with her coaching Virginia works at Golf Australia as a Participation Officer and a specialist in Women & Girls Development. Virginia has a desire to help people capitalise on their potential and has developed a holistic approach to golf instruction focusing on game play rather than just swinging.
